We believe that Potstickers have been overlooked and underrepresented in Minnesota. So in 2023, we decided to do something about it. Located in Highland Park, Minnesota, Potsticker offers an authentic and delightful culinary journey into the world of Potstickers, traditional Asian cuisine alongside creative and modern street foods. Our restaurant is dedicated to bringing the rich flavors of Asia and their time honored cooking techniques to our guests in Minnesota with a focus on creating unforgettable dining experiences. This is a gem of a place. The room is calming. The staff was great! AND we had the lunch special. My husband's potstickers with ginger carrot salad and my potstickers with chicken fried rice were fabulous.
